How do I restrict private messages to only my friends?

To restrict private messages to only friends, set "Only send and receive private messages from friends" to "on" (green). This will prevent anyone who is not on your friend list from sending you private messages.

2. In the left-hand menu, select "Private messages."
3. Click "Settings."
4. Toggle "Only send and receive private messages from friends" to "on" (green).

Once you've completed these steps, only people on your friend list will be able to send you private messages.
