If you're having trouble locating an outgoing swap, don’t worry — it’s still there! Here's a guide to help you manage your swaps:

Swap Status

Once you mark a swap as "shipped," it moves from the active list because it's on its way to your partner. You no longer need to take immediate action on it.

Accessing Sent Swaps

To find your sent swaps, navigate to [Swap Tracker] > [Outgoing Swaps] > [All Sent Outgoing Swaps] . This is where you'll see all the swaps you've shipped.

Reviewing a Sent Swap

After receiving a notification that your swap has been received, click on the swap entry to view additional details, including:

  • Swap Rating
  • Personal Rating
  • Feedback Received
  • Duration of the Swap (Postal travel time)

Archiving a Swap

To keep things organized, you can archive completed swaps. Simply toggle the grey “Move swap to archive” option to place it in your archive. This helps keep your swap lists neat and easy to manage.

Communication

If you need to contact your swap partner, you can send a private message directly through the platform. This is useful for any additional feedback or communication regarding the swap.
