The Swap Tracker menu option is probably the most important feature for managing all your swaps on Snail Mail Friends. It provides a comprehensive overview of your swaps, from the status of each one to partner information. This section helps you stay organized and on top of everything, ensuring that you never miss an important deadline or swap opportunity. Whether you're keeping track of incoming or outgoing swaps, checking event details, or managing Round Robin exchanges, The Swap Tracker is your go-to hub for all things related to your snail mail activities.

How to navigate and manage your swaps:

Menu Navigation Start by going to [Swap Tracker] in the menu. This section gives you detailed information about your swaps, including the current status and partner details. For Platinum members, Swap Tracker+ offers additional features to help you manage swaps more effectively.

Dashboard access

Navigate to the [Dashboard] and select [View my dashboard] from the menu. This section provides quick access to your swaps with specific categories:

>> Incoming Swaps – Exchanges you're receiving.
>> Outgoing Swaps – Exchanges you're sending.
>> Archive Swaps – Completed exchanges.
>> Round Robin – Ongoing Round Robin swaps.
>> Swap Tracker+ – Swap Tracker+* is a unique and exclusive feature for Platinum members.

Swap Calendar

Under the [Dashboard], select [Swap Calendar] from the menu. This feature shows a visual schedule of your swaps, making it easy to track upcoming events and deadlines. For mobile users, there’s a convenient list view option to simplify navigation.

Round Robin

To manage your Round Robin swaps, go to [Swap Tracker] > [Round Robin]. You can find more Round Robin events by clicking "Find More Round Robin Events." To view past Round Robins, use the "Switch to Archive" button.

Active and Finished Swaps: In the Incoming and Outgoing sections, only active swaps are displayed. To view completed swaps, turn off the green "Display swaps that are still in progress" option (it will turn grey). This will show all swaps, including finished ones.

It’s recommended to move finished swaps to the Archive for better organization. With these features, managing your swaps on Snail Mail Friends is straightforward and efficient. You’ll always be up-to-date on your swaps, deadlines, and events, helping you stay organized and connected within the community.
