Category Swap Management | Number of views 18

To begin sending swaps and connecting with the Snail Mail Friends community, the first step is to build meaningful relationships with other members. This allows you to enjoy a more personalized and rewarding experience. Here’s how to get started:

Make Friends: Start by visiting the profiles of Snail Mail Friends members and sending them a friend request. Building these connections is essential for participating in swaps and forming lasting relationships with other creative mail enthusiasts.

You can find members and explore their profiles here.

  1. Choose your swap type: Go to the main menu and select [Send a Swap]. Once you've added some friends, you’ll be able to initiate various types of swaps.

    Here are your options:

  2. Send a Random Act of Kindness (RAK): Brighten someone’s day by sending a surprise mail item—perfect for spreading positivity!*
  3. Request a personal swap: Exchange personalized items, letters, or other unique creations with your friends for a more meaningful swap.*
  4. Request a personal postcard: Exchange a heartfelt message or creative postcard to someone you’ve connected with.*
  5. Request a random swap: Open to any member, this swap type allows you to send something to a new friend, though the recipient must accept the request. (Can be with any member.)
  6. Send a One-Way Random Postcard: This exclusive feature for Premium and Platinum members allows you to send postcards to any member, without needing a mutual friend connection.

*Friend connection required.
