If you decide that the membership plan isn't for you or if you don't want to commit to a half-year or yearly plan, Snail Mail Friends offers swap credits as an alternative. These credits allow you to participate in swaps and events without a long-term commitment.

Once your current Premium or Platinum membership expires, your account will automatically be downgraded to a Basic (free) account, and you don’t need to take any action. Your data will be retained, but you won't be able to join events or swaps unless you use swap credits or upgrade your membership.
