Platinum members can activate the SMS option in their dashboard, allowing you to receive notifications when you get a new swap request. Additionally, when a recipient of one of your Snail Mails enters the Snail Mail ID, Snail Mail Friends will notify you that your swap has arrived.
Please note that this SMS feature is currently unavailable for members in the USA due to regional regulations. If you are not receiving SMS notifications, there may be several reasons. Please contact us through our contact form if you experience issues with this feature.
