Are you having second thoughts about your registration? No worries; you can easily delete your registration and all your data in your dashboard. Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

If you decide to close your account before your membership plan ends, you will not receive a refund for the remaining membership period. Want to close your account?

Please note that account closure is permanent, and once your account is closed, it will no longer be accessible.

  1. Log in to your Snail Mail Friends account.
  2. Go to Account > Account & Security.
  3. Navigate to Close account.
  4. Select a reason for closing your account.
  5. Retype the security code.
  6. Mark the checkbox "Yes, I want to permanently close my Snail Mail Friends account and delete my data."
  7. Click "Close my account".
  8. Confirm account closure by clicking the link in the email we send you.

You cannot close your account if you have pending swaps. Please finalize your swaps before attempting to close your account.

Clarification:
If you have pending swaps, you must complete them before closing your account. If you are waiting on swaps to come in or be registered, be sure to send reminders. When a swap is marked as late, you can send a reminder. After sending the reminder, if no action is taken, you can hide the swap, making it inactive and allowing you to close your account.

Important:
Mailing us to remove your account will not be processed. You must use the account closure feature. Manual deletions due to unmet swaps or improper monitoring will not be honored.
