Can I (temporarily) hide my account?

Yes, this is possible! You can use the "Off-The-Grid" feature if you need to take a break (for example, if you're going on holiday). When enabled, your profile will temporarily be hidden from other members, including all your art in the Art Gallery. You won’t be able to join any swaps or receive invites for personal or random swaps. Please note, your current membership plan will not pause.

To enable or disable Off-The-Grid:

1. Log in to your Snail Mail Friends account.
2. Go to Account > Account & Security.
3. Navigate to Off-The-Grid.
4. Use the switch to enable or disable this option.

When Off-The-Grid is enabled, you’ll see a red icon next to it.
