"Only send and receive private messages from friends" to "on" (green) if you want to restrict private messages only to friends. This will prevent anyone who is not on your friend list from sending you private messages.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to your dashboard and click on "View my dashboard"
2. On the left-hand menu, click on "Private messages"
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Toggle the switch for "Only send and receive private messages from friends" to "on" (green)
Once you have completed these steps, only people on your friend list will be able to send you private messages.
