The last member that signs up and the event closes with an uneven number of participants, they will be removed from the swap and get notified. When you join a standard swap you will send to and receive from the same member.A random swap can have an uneven number of participants. In a random swap you will be sending a swap to someone, but will receive a swap for somebody else.
