Category Regular Events | Number of views 21

Go to your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to [Dashboard] in the main menu.
  2. Click [View my dashboard].
  3. Click "View my events" in the dashboard menu.

Identify your events with the 'Event Creator' banner:

  1. Navigate to [Events] > [All Upcoming Events].
  2. When you access each event page, you will see a corner banner marked "Event Creator." This banner signifies that you are the host of that particular event.

Filtering your hosted events on the Event Swap page:

  1. Look for the "Own events" button, which is grey by default.
  2. Toggle this button to enable it. When enabled, it will turn green and filter the page to show only the events that you are hosting.

When your event is set up, members can start joining. You may also invite members if there’s an uneven number of participants for "Random swap" events, where the sender and receiver are different people. As the host, you have the ability to remove members if necessary, with an option to specify a reason for removal.

Once the signup deadline passes, the Snail Mail Friends system will automatically assign partners. You'll then be able to view the matches and monitor progress as participants update their swap statuses:

  • When a participant updates their swap status: You’ll see real-time updates on your event dashboard, allowing you to track who has started, who’s in the process of sending or receiving, and who has completed their swap.
  • When a swap is sent: The dashboard shows the send date for each swap, helping you monitor the timeline of each sending process.
  • When a swap is received: Participants will enter the swap ID and rate the swap upon receipt. This keeps everyone engaged and ensures quality control. As the host, you’ll be able to see when swaps are marked as received and view their ratings.

With these tools, you can effortlessly oversee the progress of your hosted event and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
