For now, I have located myself in Arnhem, but I hope you'll allow me to change my profile to my actual place of residence. Thank you!

I love receiving handwritten letters and snail mails in the mail and it's great to have a platform where I can easily find new friends to exchange some creations. One thing I would like to see on the platform is the option to search for users by interests or hobbies. It would be great to be able to connect with people who have similar interests as me. Other than that, I think Snail Mail Friends is a fantastic platform and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves snail mail and making new friends.

Glad to hear that you are enjoying our website so far! We appreciate you mentioning your worries regarding the issue of flakers. I understand the annoyance of dealing with such individuals, as I have had my own personal encounters with flakers.
Today, I replied to your email about this topic. in summary; unfortunately, some individuals may not have honest intentions or follow through with their end of a swap. To increase the chances of a successful exchange, we recommend looking at each other's profiles and having clear communication before participating. Be mindful of warning signs like an empty account, poor ratings, or poor/pushy communication. If a swap goes missing or is delayed, our system will start an "angel request." Our platform encourages members to resolve issues amongst themselves, but in some circumstances, we may need to temporarily suspend or close accounts until obligations are fulfilled.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have more questions or concerns. We are here to help!
